Alex Lohman

Chief Executive Officer

Married with two grown up children and originally from Yorkshire, Alex has lived in Northamptonshire since 1987. He joined NAB in 2010 becoming CEO in 2015.  Prior to that he spent 31 years working in local government and in the housing sector.  Alex is also a trustee of South Northants Volunteer Bureau.
Likes: Yorkshire tea, Bitterballen, Hagelslag and the Saints.
Dislikes: Litter, traffic jams.
Super Power: Turn water into tea, litter into thin air and traffic jams into traffic flows.

Laura Desborough

Community Support Worker

I have worked for NAB for 19 years in different roles. I have done my current role as a Community Support Worker for the last 11  years enabling visually impaired people to stay independent in their own homes.

Likes : Anything relating to cats.

Dislikes: Any seafood.

Super Power: To be the invisible woman.

Stephen Pascoe

Administrator

I started working for NAB in 1999 as a volunteer. After a couple of months I was offered a position as a staff member. I’m still here.

This year is my 20thanniversary of working for NAB. I’m an administrator responsible for our talking newspaper, database and transcription service amongst other things.

Likes: Cake

Dislikes: Lack of cake
